I have made a goal to be at 159 by Christmas. That would mean losing a little over a lb a week. I am sure going to try! I have nixed my nightly glass of wine, So we shall see! I got this! 💪

I think you got this - pick out a nice piece of clothing you want to get into and bam, you are there - I think that is a great motivational thing for women - I have some cool shirts and nice jeans that I want to get into - Go for the stars

You should consider going on a Keto diet. It's a bit of work at the start but once you get into the groove it's really easy. I am down almost 10kg in just over a month :-)

I definitely will miss my wine for a little bit. I calculate it into my carbs and calories but I think it is what is slowing down my weightloss. Boo.

Definitely give up the wine. Alcohol dehydrates you and your body will over compensate by trying to hold water. I will have a drink or two on the weekend and always be two pounds heavier come Monday but by Tuesday be at a lower weight after drinking water for 24 hours. It is not the calories as much as the alcohol that hurts you.

You are going to be kickin' pounds and not even stopping to take names! If you can, take a leisurly stroll around the block and decompress at the time you would normally be having your glass of wine. It will take your mind off the wine and do wonders for your head.
