Hope everyone had a nice weekend. I slipped up on Saturday when we went to a chinese buffet for lunch. I thought Teriyaki chicken would be somewhat safe because it had very little sauce and wasn't breaded, but when I got home and put it in...wowza! So I went light on Sunday and back to normal routine today. I didn't gain thank goodness and TOM is coming around this week,so I am considering myself very lucky the scale is just holding steady. Here's to a new week!

Think there are very few of us on this site that haven't had an "wowza" moment while eating out. Just when you think that you are doing okay, something hits you broadside. Not much we can do except chalk it up to experience and use that experience the next time we eat out. I have certainly been in your shoes...and know that while I try to be so careful, it will inevidently happen again. Glad to hear, however, that it didn't show up on the scales this morning. Here's to a great week!

Sierra, it's behind you and as Gwen said, chalk it up to experience. We are in this for the LONG RUN. Sometimes we fail, but we get right back. Glad your scale was friendly to you. :)
