I'm definately in the realm of "easily distracted"! I can only blame it on myself but it's been really difficult. The weather has been terrible so I have had 0 motivation to get outside. The calendar says spring and I feel like it should be spring, but someone forgot to send Mother Nature the memo! Really hard to get excited to get outside when it's sloppy snow wind and rain! :(

This week it does call for nice.... so back at it!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have a long weekend coming up... need a padlock for the fridge and the wine rack! Here's a challenge for ya. If you want to drink... you have to put in extra exercise! Lets see who can post the highest deficit by Tuesday!

LOL! I did a spinning class this morning for the first time in 4-5 years and somehow I ended up picking the instructor who is notorious for being the hardest! Her 45 min class is closer to an hour, and it's alot of up and down!!!! I think I can safely drink a CASE of light beer this weekend! ;-)
