Where to start.... Well, this is my second time using fatsecret. The first was 2 years ago and I was quite successful in taking off over 30lbs. At my age however, I can't stop, I need to continue to work at it. I took a little hiatus after an injury last year and like anything, once you stop it's very hard to get back into it. Fortunately for me, my breaking point seems to stay put at the point where my scales hit that 200lb mark! So, here we are again, ready to get started.
Little about my "diet".... 1. It's not a diet, it's a "smarten the heck up and get your lazy butt off that chair" 2. I eat whatever I want... I just have to keep reminding myself I'm not a 24 yr old, and I don't have the metabolism of a race horse any more!
That's it.... Exercise and moderation!!
If I want to eat steak, potatoes and drink a bottle of wine on a Saturday night... I just have to make sure I burn it off BEFORE I eat it.
