Where to start.... Well, I've come to realize I'm a permanent fixture on FS. I was quite successful in my first attempt and took off over 30lbs. At my age however, I can't stop, I need to continue to work at it. Fortunately for me, my breaking point seems to stay at the same point where my scales hit that 200lb mark and my ski pants no longer fit!
So, here we are again, ready to get started.
Little about my "diet".... 1. It's not a diet, it's a "smarten the heck up and get your lazy butt off that sofa" 2. I pretty much eat whatever I want, I just have to keep reminding myself that one serving is enough.
That's it.... Exercise and moderation!!
