Way way overdid the carbs at breakfast--dealing with a snotty teenage daughter, and that's all I'll say about that. Not beating myself up about it. I enjoyed every bite, and I've planned the rest of my day to get it back into a better balance. I got this!

No need to beat yourself up. What's done, is done. You've adjusted and always keep movin' on! I remember snotty teens lol. Hang in there mom, they eventually grow up and out of that attitude 😊

Had a snotty daughter teenager 10 to 15 years ago who came to appreciate her mom and dad. Now on the second snotty daughter age 18. I feel for you. But, we survived the first daughter's witchiness so I have high hopes for our current one. I know it won't last forever. 🌵But prickly like a cactus now.🌵
