(Yesterday's Entry) Weekday walk number 27: "the Cross", 2.7 miles in 69 minuts, at 2.4 mph - This week's been a doozy! Almost no time to stay on top of personal stuff (work bleeds into the afternoons and evenings). Got to be more diligent about defining my 'boundaries'.

I know a lot of people who haven't been motivated this week. It's been a hard week. Good job on your walk.

So, how did today go? (Also, why do FS gremlins mess with date stamps and timelines?!)

@T8U9 - we'll find out soon enough, it's my fasting day and I'm about to do 3.2 miles!

Yes, healthy personal boundaries. I read the Brene Brown books and quotes and I feel it has given me a healthy and gentle way to set boundaries for toxic situations like work taking over or people intruding in your emotional well being!
