I made bacon chips and a spicy cheesy dip, and a zesty pickle on the side to break fast at 18hrs. (Saving most of the cheese sauce to add to put miracle noodles for dinner tomorrow.)

@cranky @shellers it is cream cheese, Mayo, a mini babybel Gouda circle and 2 tbsp full fat Greek yogurt and shredded Parmesan... with some ground pepper, pepper flakes and tapatio, melted slowly, constantly stirring on the stove.

@sarahdavis the best way to eat them, in my opinion. Close to a fettuccine alfredo consistency.

@Bleveit, on the mobile app it's in the "reports" section; in the upper right corner there's a target & arrow icon, and if you click on that, it'll take you to goals for macros and more.

@iliaskelesidis do you mean they are holy? Or there's a lot? It was only 2.9 carbs. I didn't eat the whole bowl of cheese... only like 2tbsp

@gz9gig they are amazing!! I cut slices in fourths and then cook them well done. And save the grease for cooking veggies in 😉

WHOOP! I totally wanted to say what A7xnck said, but didn't since I get scolded by a member here when I say off colored words! LOL. She's one of my mentors, so I abide by her wishes, but thanks to A7xnck for saying my thoughts! =o)

what is a miracle noodle?

@Cherik, Miracle is one brand name for shirataki noodles, zero/low carb, made from a tuber. The pure ones aren't like grain pastas, at all, but good in their own way. The ones mixed with tofu or oat fiber are closer to pasta you'd have with tomato-based sauces.
