Whittling away at it!
296.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks CB. I had one tsp of the almond butter 2 hrs back along side a coffee with one tsp of the coca in it. I am now sipping a Chai tea with one tsp of the coconut oil in it.

very good of u sharing this ,I m at a point in my life I'm trying to get my flabby skin back to where it used to b3 and my musels back ,but I have one thing working against me my age ,they say the older u get the harder it is to get your skin to go back into shape ,I do yoga the frist thing early morning then 3 days a week I go to zumba ,if I don't have the power to get my mind set to just do it on my own so I joined zumba and I have to go .but I'm doing it for myself not for other people .right now I'm back down all I have is to drop 1 lb and hold b it there 5hats the hard part for me .
