dont understand why i am gaining.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 April 2012:

It's probably your sodium...drink more water. I have the same problem.

What kind of caloric intake do you have? Are you following it honestly? Are you taking in too many bites, licks and tastes (the munchies can do you in). Are you being consistent? Are you eating too sodium? Are you exercising and being active? Are you drinking water/liquids to stay hydrated and flush out sodium? Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Are you eating too many processed foods? Google "why the scale lies". Sometimes we have regular fluctuations for many reasons which could be too much sodium, hormones, sore muscles from exercise, etc.

I take in about 50 oz of water or more daily. I started back with my exercising this week. I Kayaked one day, walked and did 2 days of toning so far. I will check out google and maybe it can give some insite as to why the scale is moving up.
