Woke at 221.4, up .6 from yesterday. So here's a thing: I usually work from home on Fridays and use it as the first day of the weekend to start taking Lasix to move out the extra water weight. But I had to come in today to meet a new staff member for lunch and then to present our Fiscal Year 2018 plans to an oversight agency. But in my pill mix (which I prepare in advance), I of course included Lasix! Oops. Should have known something was up when I had to pass water during my commuter bus ride downtown! And I seem to be on a 20-minute cadence. This day should be interesting. UPDATE: Came home at 220.6 and ate a small dinner but ended up having the better part of two bottles of red wine (one after midnight so it goes on tomorrow's log). The carb macros from the wine and the lunch at fast food Asian food were higher than keto levels today. Back on the bandwagon this weekend.
