Lunch was hard today, I brought my lunch (3 ounces canned chicken breast, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 bard boiled egg, 1 gala apple and a bottle of water) and wouldn't you know, the cafeteria at work had something actually worth eating - orange chicken and egg rolls. BUT, I DID NOT cave in! I ate what I brought to stay on track with my caloric intake. It bothered me at first until I saw my coworkers plate, when looking at the serving size all I could see was my whole days worth of calories for lunch.
