Trying to get back on track since new year. Still holding at last weigh in. But haven't gotten off this plateau like I wanted. Recently saw dr and we agreed that lack of sleep and stress may be contributing to my plateau. Trying something new - we'll see if I start shedding. Also took up yoga in Jan/Feb, and doing at least 1-3 times a week at home or in class at gym. Like it - unexpectedly. Feels good to stretch even if it's a long workout, power yoga and makes me sweat a little. Feels good. Stay on track - I'll get there. :-)
