My weight loss so far, excuse the underwear haha!

Thank you, I tried to cover my face to make it more anonymous, but I couldn't work out how to do it, I have no make up on in the first pic either, I look awful! But onwards and upwards! Thanks for the kind comments, they are appreciated.

Can I ask what eating program you followed?

At first I did low carb for 4 months, then I plateued, so I downloaded fat secret and started eating 1500 calories or less a day. I find this a lot easier and more beneficial than low carb, as you can eat a slice of bread, or a banana, or even chocolate, as long as you stick to under 1500 calories, which is a lot of calories really! I also go to the gym 3 times a week and I walk between 15,000 and 20,000 steps a day, as I don't drive and I have to do the school run 6 times a day! Thank you for all the kind comments.

Also porridge for breakfast, before I lost weight, I would never eat breakfast, but now I have porridge, or egg on brown toast, every morning. It fills you up for hours, so you are less likely to snack during the day. Plus I don't buy ANY junk in my food shopping, if its not in the house, I can't eat it.

Like you, I eat what I want and if I have to sacrifice calories to stay under 1500 it's the carbs that have to go. Never feel hungry that way.

omg I can so relate to this. I started slimming about this time last year. started off at 13st 7lbs - down to 11st 10lbs. I fluctuate a lot due to irregular meal times but I always get back on track. aiming for 9.5 st. it feels really far away but pics like this keep me inspired. you've done so well and you can really tell! 👌👌👌
