Hehehehe....oops.

Note to self - do not (I repeat, do NOT) wander over to the group of cubes with the snacks. Yes, Swedish Fish are yummy.

No - they will not sustain your energy for the rest of the day.
No - they do not fit into your eating plan.
No - you do not want them, there are much much better snacks to eat if you are hungry (which I imagine in fact, you were not).

What the heck is a swedish fish?! It doesn't sound yummy to me!! LOL. I agree...run..in fact.. sprint the opposite direction!!

Swedish Fish are little red candies that are pretty much pure sugar - they sounded a bit dodgy to me at first too, but they're quite yummy. I've since also snacked on a donut and some fireballs...but I'm getting better. I'm resisting the peanut M&M's!!
