Well - I knew it was going to happen. I was hoping the gain would be limited to 2 lbs, but I guess 3 isn't terrible. Mom's back home, I get to return to my quiet hermit-like life and schedule and only peek my head out when I want to overindulge instead of feeling obligated to.
This will be a good time to reset some. I've been looking at trying to get more protein and limit my carbs. So that will be my goal now. Yesterday wasn't so successful, but there's research to be done - and that will take just a little bit.
I think I'll make getting under 200g carbs my initial goal (since for the most part I seem to be well over that) and once I have that mastered I can look at trying to go under 150g.
Still optimistic about the week because I didn't let it kill me completely - still did my working out. Still have a long way to go on my running. Fun fun!!!
