Youngest is now 3 years old, time to lose the baby weight. Had a recent scare with heart palpatations, I officially have made up my mind that it is time to lose. I generally eat healthy, I just severely need help with PORTIONS ! I live in a small town so fast food isn't a problem. Open to helpful suggestions and any secrets to help me out !

Goals :
Run/Jog 30 min straight
Participate in a 5K summer of 2012
Get minimum of 3 days a week exercise

I just really want to feel comfortable in my own skin. I don't participate in the things I truely would love to just because I feel I am too big and would be a BIG object in the eye. Sounds terrible, but I have a feeling alot of people know what I mean. So here's to health & well being mentally and physically!!

I am currently having an obcession with chobani Greek yogurt. Is there anything wrong with eating this as a midmorning snack and an after supper snack?! Its sooo goood !!!

Super Cool idea!! LOL. I will totally check out his page. I found this awesome blogger that is a runner. She is just some inspiration, but mostly just enjoy reading her blogs! Run Eat Repeat...look it some of the past posts...they are quite funny.

Anyway. I still can't believe it is easier outside..I am going to plan to do this whole week outside and see if I can change my own mind!!! I will let ya all know how it goes!

how do i? please help
Underneath the fatsecret tab it has options to enter food or enter exercise. It does take a little time to learn how to get around this website, but once you do, it is very rewarding. I love this website. Hope you get everything figured out and enjoy it as much as I do!!!
