Nurse full time night shift
Youngest is now 3 years old, time to lose the baby weight. Had a recent scare with heart palpatations, I officially have made up my mind that it is time to lose. I generally eat healthy, I just severely need help with PORTIONS ! I live in a small town so fast food isn't a problem. Open to helpful suggestions and any secrets to help me out !
Goals :
Run/Jog 30 min straight
Participate in a 5K summer of 2012
Get minimum of 3 days a week exercise
I just really want to feel comfortable in my own skin. I don't participate in the things I truely would love to just because I feel I am too big and would be a BIG object in the eye. Sounds terrible, but I have a feeling alot of people know what I mean. So here's to health & well being mentally and physically!!
