Did well on the mini challenge, but got attacked by scorpions and bit several times, so was laid up at home very ill for several days and did not make it to any of the workouts....bummer, but am on the mend now that the venom is out of my system and am hoping to do well this week on the workouts!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
