Today is the day for all the happy news! I've gotten back down to my exact weight from the start of my last job, which is where I put on all the wait to push me up to over 200. 25lbs down~ I wasn't happy at that weight but it didn't make me upset. Also, I have a new job starting on Monday, and it's going to be a job where I'm standing and moving all day, so I'm pretty thrilled! I found that out right after I weighed in.
I also -probably- have a second job coming up, a contract one. I will be making assets for a game that's going to demo on Halloween! Which is super exciting. I like getting to actually use my degree. :) That job will be like playing. :D

I didn't want to go back into the same industry I was working in. I got laid off two months ago, so this is exciting for more than one reason. :D A different industry, really friendly coworkers, and it's a kind of waypoint job so all the bonuses are upfront instead of in retirement. They also really liked that I have a Bachelors, which was something new. In the other industry I was working in, that really didn't matter so they didn't care. :(
Also, I just noticed another reason why today is a good day! My bar changed colors! Slightly greenish yellow, woot! I guess I am at about the halfway point to my first goal.
