I have been away on business and then visiting with my family for one whole week. Have been quite ill with tummy bug, but then ate everything in sight thereafter. Together with no exercise whatsoever, I am not surprised by the 2kg increase....but I do need to get back onto that wagon today....and ride it until the wheels fall off!!!
