I cannot believe I've reached this point, but I'm now underweight. When I look in the mirror I can see the boniness of my shoulders. So now I'm in a quandary... I'm training for my first ultra-marathon (89km), another thing I cannot believe, and I'm struggling to eat everything I'm supposed to eat. My dietician has given me a diet sheet that would make a man happy, but I struggle with the concept that I actually have to eat that much! But running +/- 100km per week means I'm burning serious kilojoules. And I need those carbs! I may sound whiny to all those still struggling with overweight, but I finally understand those skinny people who can't gain...
