Fat: 64.29g | Prot: 137.79g | Carb: 299.81g.   Breakfast:  Soft White Roll, Cheddar Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Bushveld Braai Peri-Peri Sauce. Lunch:  Golden Delicious Apples, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Soft White Roll, Light Mayonnaise, Bushveld Braai Peri-Peri Sauce, Onions, Light Meat Solid Tuna in Brine. Dinner:  Rice Mate Mild Breyani. Snacks/Other:  Coca-Cola (Can), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Brown Sugar, Fruit Yoghurt, 100% Whey Protein Isolate, Oat Bran Muffins, Oil Popped White Popcorn.
