My scale is driving me crazy... or maybe it's just myself driving me crazy. lol I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was 137.2 lbs. This morning I weighed myself and I'm 138.2 lbs. WHAT HAPPENED??? Plus, my husband and I were both looking at my body in the mirror yesterday and we both noticed that it doesn't look like I've lost anything in my hips (which is where I gain most of it & is usually the first place that I notice I've lost).

I ended up going to the gym yesterday and doing my 50 mins on the Ellyptical. I had a pretty busy day yesterday with running around and talking to people on the phone. I only got a chance to eat Oatmeal in the morning for breakfast and didn't get to eat anything until later in the afternoon. Then, I had 1/2 cup of fried rice, a banana and 1 cup of milk.

Then, we went to a bible study where everyone brought different stuff to eat. I didn't have time to make myself anything before hand and had to deal with whatever was there. So, somebody brought sweet potatoes (which had ingredients in it that I shouldn't have had) and some cole slaw. The other items were fried chicken, ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, and pizza. So, I picked the things that would've been closest to the diet which was cole slaw and sweet potatoes. I was so hungry that I had to eat something. I did end up eating strawberries on the way there, though.

So, I'm hoping to eat 100% on the diet today b/c tomorrow is weigh-in day.

I'm so glad this doesn't just happen to me. lol One day I'm down a whole pound and the next I'm up again. Yesterday I was down to 131 and today I'm up again to 132. I don't know why this happens. But sometimes it's best to not weigh yourself everyday and just weigh yourself once a week.

It happens to me too...I hate that I even get on the scale because it can make or break my mood and thats not how I want it to be. Just get back on track with your food, you do really good with the exercise and you will get there. Maybe change up your exercise and give your body a little shock, maybe it's too used to what your doing.

I agree with Ness. You're awesome with the excercise, and those results will show! I've been doing the same up and down thing too lately, so I'm changing things up too.

Man, I guess it happens to all of us....same thing so I know the frustration.....but hang in there, you are doing great, just keep up with the exercise and try to eat what you are suppose to, it will help in the long run!

You are doing so well, don't get discouraged! That is exactly why you shoudln't be weighing yourself everyday, there are too many different things to make the scale fluctuate, it can make you go crazy....like me:)
