YES!! I lost 10 pounds my first week.

I have a lot to lose, but this has given me motivation and made me very happy to see my hard work pay off when I thought all was lost due to the crazy hormone rollercoaster I am on. Now, to do this 20 more times or so. I'll try not to focus on that part and instead look to this in 25 pound increments.

Really the weighing and measuring and recording my foods in the app are really keeping me honest. My head easily goes to the I would like something to eat and I check the app to see what things look like and make the decision from there. If it looks like there is some room, then I make a decision. If not, I try to come up with something that might work or I choose to drink some water instead.

Please let me keep this motivation. I need this. I need the hope to keep me going.

Thanks for being on this journey with me. Appreciate the support.

We're all on this journey together. When some of us are temporarily weak, others lend their strength through encouraging words. You got this and we've got you.

that is exactly what I do! than I say to myself "its all about your choices" The best thing is making you cognitive to what you are eating.

Congratulations. Like Little Red Fox said "it's all about your choices"... So, I hope you keep choosing good choices, enjoy the up days AND the down days ... and just keep pushing forward. Losing weight, having the goal(s) you do, is a LONG term journey.. A very good friend of mine in Germany lost 156 pounds just eating real food and throwing in some exercise on a regular basis. Took her a year and a half.... so be patient with yourself and keep us posted. I'm going to be following your progress... so just keep coming forward. Peace, my friend.

Yes, isn't this app and interaction such a positive supportive structure? I'm entering everything, and pictures as often as I remember. Even when they're choices I suspect others on here wouldn't make themselves. This is at most an inconvenience, doesn't feel restricted at all. Glad you're here!
