Okay...so I figure it's time to upload a new photo. My boss took this picture on Christmas Eve at our office because she was so happy for me and wanted to celebrate my success so far. I weighed 175 pounds that day if I recall correctly.
Today, I hit the 160s and feel totally exhilarated! My new goal of 165 is close at hand. Once that goal is achieved, I will set another.
One change I've made to my fitness regime over the past month is seeing a personal trainer twice per week doing weight training. That, added to my usual walking 1.5 hours per day for 5 days per week, is showing some good results. I can honestly say, I'm looking forward to 2016!
