LATE JOURNAL ENTRY FOR 7/23/17 (TIME ZONE ISSUES!) - Woke at 221.0, up 2.6 from yesterday as I am showing the results of the family reunion feast yesterday. Will be at home today so will pop another water pill and try to eat low carb. UPDATE: Ate a large lunch and a small dinner and passed some water. Ate more calories than I burned but did OK with an end of day 218.4 weigh in. Had Pizza Hut Meat Lover's pizza for dinner, but just the toppings! I still have a lot of water and bulk to move. One good thing is that I am getting a ton of rest. More than eight hours a night, which feels great.
