Happy Friday everyone! I am feeling better today, both physically and mentally. I am down a pound which is where I was before the sugar alcohol fiasco. Today I am feeling even more in control because I decided to start weighing my foods. I have been just measuring by cups and I am afraid there may be too many variables. I have given up the almonds for a bit to see if they are an issue also.
