The day got away from me yesterday and I ended up eating dinner at 9:30. I should have just drank a big glass of water and went to bed. I also realized that instead of just eating when I'm hungry, I was making it my goal to reach my macros. Crazy, I know, but full disclosure here. I would check my macros and see that I hadn't reached my max and go grab something to eat until I did. Breaking bad eating habits is hard y'all!
272.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 122.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are learning the same lessons that the rest of us are still learning. This whole WOE is nothing but experimentation, experimentation, experimentation....we each have to find our niche and the habits that will support it. You are doing great!

I sometimes do the same thing! At 54 it's really hard for me to break life long habits (like not eating everything on the plate) and I tend to obsess (macros) Gwen and Judy are right. We are all still learning, and we just need to learn from it and keep going! We will get there and hopefully learn some great new habits!!
