Today was such a busy and exciting day...
1)Just tried eating (half) raw-vegan today and it went pretty well!
2)A lot of shopping today so I could make many recipes which FS friends recommend or the ones on the internet now. Stuff that I needed were so expensive but it was worth it! I bought a lot of vegan-friendly goodies too.
3)I made banana nicecream with cocoa powder for breakfast which was literally AWESOME so I made another for my dinner(added a little almond too).
4)Lunch was pasta with some cooked veggies in olive oil which came to my mind after breakfast and some homemade salsa from yesterday. Feels good to cook family meals!
5)The last thing, I found a raw vegan nutella recipe last night on a website and bought the ingredients today. I added small amount of sugar to it so I can finally have some low calorie nutella which isn't so high-fat or high-carb. Will have some for tomorrow breakfast! Plus a slice of multigrain bread.

Hope everything's fine and you're all doing great.

How did you make the raw nutella? I had sugar cravings today again and started to eat coco pops, or what ever it is called. Natural nutella will be better option.

By the way, banana nicecream sounds good as banana is very sweat but natural so that can kill the sugar cravings as well. Is it just banana and cocoa?

I know the good stuff is expensive. Almond flour (500g) in London costs £9.50 which is aprox $12.45

I have really been loving banana-cocoa desserts (try a milkshake w/almond milk and lots of ice cubes in the blender!) I've also been eating a lot of noodles made from zucchini and carrots - tasty! Your food looks yummy - good job!

Dear Mal, about the banana nicecream yes it is only cocoa powder(unsweetened) and banana which I used 180grams and 3tbs cocoa and one pitted date. Sure u need to freeze ur bananas the night before. And the nutella is with 250grams hazelnut, 3-4 tbs cocoa powder, 1/2 cup or 170 grams any kind of milk u choose, date syrup or any sweetener based on ur taste ( I added about 2-3 tbs sugar but still it was bitter actually I like it this way) , 1tbs any vegetable oil, 1tsp vanilla extract and pinch of salt. Here's the complete recipe which is too simple : https://cafedelites.com/2015/07/02/refined-sugar-free-nutella-spread/ And its 87 calorie per serving which I guess is a tablespoon. I'm sure it can satisfy ur sweet tooth ! Especially the nicecream.
