Dear Topher2112 It's so simple and delicious .. as you saw I guess, you heat any kind of milk you want and mix it with a tbsp rice flour (or oat flour as I saw in some websites but I'm not sure) and let it be till it's thick and there's no flour left. Add any kind of fruits and nuts u like or add a tbsp of cocoa powder like me to have a bitter taste which I love! My vanilla soy milk is kinda sweet on its own otherwise u should add a sweetener to have a better taste.

Could I possibly use almond flour instead?I'll stay with the banana and maybe add walnuts.
