Today I found out why it is good for me to weigh every day. I am up a pound today, but I know exactly why and I learned two valuable lessons because of it. One is that, even though it is very yummy, eating chocolate bark(made with coconut oil,cocoa, and splenda) will trigger serious cravings the next day. Two is that sugar alcohols in moderation(1 Atkins bar or 1-2 sugar free chocolates in a day) do not cause issues. BUT, an Atkins bar and 3 sugar free choclates in one freaking sitting will!! I am not going to beat myself up over it, but I sure hated to see that number this morning. Here's to Onward and Downward!!!

This is how we learn, right? I think it's great that you are able to see what is going on, and adjust to it. Well done. This is, by the way, why I could never only weigh in once a week.

Thanks. I am glad that I do. If I only weighed once a week, I would be wondering...was it this day that I ate this? Or was it that day that I ate that? I guess it is the control freak in me. LOL I like knowing what's going on with my body all the time.

Good job keeping track. Its the small things... a bit here, an extra nibble there. They really add up and its reassuring when you have a really concrete way to review what happened. And now you know!
