I'm going to try an experiment and make Spinach Chips. Set my Dehydrator on low, spread baby spinach leaves out flat, drizzled with melted bacon grease, and sprinkled with Pink Himalayan Salt & Cajon Spice. Waiting on them to crisp up now.
I was asked about serving size and carbs.

Didn't want them to break up into crumbs so I took them out when they started to shrivel. The teenagers at the pool ate the whole platter in about 10 minutes. They were a bit HOT for me, probably the Cajon Spice. Next time I will use Dry Ranch Seasoning.

I LOVE my dehydrator! Next time you make chips, try blending the spinach with the seasoning and just enough water to get it to blend, then squeeze out as much moisture as you can. Spread the paste on the fruit leather tray, score into chip sized pieces, and dehydrate. Spinach crackers!
