Getting started today and looking for some accountability. I'm 34 and I've gained 10 lbs a year since my 30th birthday. Enough is enough. I'd like 135 to be my new normal until at least age 40. : )
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I second Larry...I am 70 and it is difficult but can be done. I wish I would have lost the weight in my 30's. Good luck!!!
