in the play store look up FasTrac - Fasting tracker, the icon that shows Track your fast is the correct app

Good going, Ches! Remember to keep electrolytes up. That's what sunk me on my planned 5-day. I made it 92 hours, and started feeling wonky.

So glad you posted the image! I just got an android and was thinking of getting this app. Was wondering if it would go across days unlike the one I used on Windows phone - had to make 2 entries: one ending at 11:59p, the other starting at 12:00am for each fast day. Getting it!

I WANT FOOD!!! No, it's in my head. Bullsh!T. I can do this. Sorry I had to get this out. 93 Hrs 15 Min 45 seconds in to be exact. I need a prize after doing this. This is one of the hardest mental thing I've done probably all my life.

I've done 4 days straight and all i did was browse Pinterest food boards. Just keep thinking about how you're getting rid of a bunch of old garbage in your body that might otherwise go rogue and cancerous. Your blood pressure and sugar levels will be in a happy place. And you're rebooting your immune system - when you re-feed new white blood troops will pour at the ready. People pay tons of money and take all kinds of toxic stuff to get the benefits you're getting from your sheet will! Of course you CAN do this for you but only you can decide TO do this for you. Go! Fight! Win!!!

I'm praying no aliens abduct me tonight as I sleep and pump me full of snacks and goodies. it happened before. This is how I got fat. Pray for me.

I've found that I sleep more soundly (and do not "sleepwalk" with aliens into the kitchen) when I've done some cardio that day.

Just put a sign on your door, "Please DO NOT Feed the Bear. He's been Fasting 4 Days and may be hungry if hibernation is Disturbed." That should keep the aliens away. LOL

Please trucker larry can your next challenge be something like eat 3 days less than a certain amount of calories then 2 day fast or something similar, ,, this is a killer,,, I will be starved dead before the aliens got to me,,, hehehehe,, but ok i admit its definitely made a big impact on my weight loss quest,, so I guess I owe you a big thank you for this challenge ;))))

Thanks all. It's over. I learned something new about myself. I'm typing a new journal entry right now to explain it all, no excuses. This was an amazing journey and glad I did it. I created a 4 Day "You can do it" Fasting challenge starting in 9 days. By the way, I've quickly got back on the horse, and I am sipping my coffee and looking forward to my next meal in 32 hours. The more you do it, the better you become. Cheers. Don't forget to check out my next journal entry.
