10:20 AM BP 126/78 BS 108 Day 3 of my fast. I'm about 64 hours into fast and Doing good. I didn't get as hungry as I did on Day 1, but was a little around 5:00 PM, which was normal feeding time. BS was 102 last night about 10 PM and back up to 108 this morning. No doubt it will drop after morning workout. Happy Humpday Peoples.
