personal research is showing my condition is possibly a digestive yest infection. Candida. I am in the beginnings of a NEW diet to find fact in my research. Not being able to eat dairy right now makes it very difficult to find alternatives for MID meal snacks. Part of the candida diet removes all Carbs in the beginning and make very sure NO Gluten is introduced. So no Carbs and no dairy; lots of higher quality fish and chicken. Great, more chicken.
