Happy Friday all! Day 2 of onederland, so it looks like it is here to stay! I am so freaking happy about that! I did another 2 miles on the bike last night at one level higher of resistance(3) and at 19-20 mph. It felt great afterwards, but kills me how out of shape I have become. I was sweating and only exercised for about 10 minutes! I am focusing on the fact that I am working on getting in better shape now though. I also bought a pedometer,so I can work up to the 10,000 steps. I also bought some ankle weights to wear. I have upped my net carbs a bit and aiming for between 20-25 a day to see how it goes. I found some Atkins bars that don't have any wheat as Dani suggested. They are only for emergencies, so they won't be a daily thing. I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!
