Why am I sooo hungry tonight? I could just raid the fridge.
I did very well all week long, at times I was surprised that I did not feel hungry. Way too early for this feeling to set in. But tonight!!!! I am starving. My carbs are doing fine but I just made it over my daily allowance of 1500 kcal with dinner. I still have the feeling there is nothing in my stomach - besides that I have an appetite like crazy. Not good.

Can you drink a bunch of water or drink some green tea? That helps me.

My go to"s are water, iced coffee (is you aren't bothered by coffee) or a nice cup of tea. If I am still struggling, I will eat a jello snack pack as it is sweet and has only 1 carb and 10 calories.

Yes, I helped myself with water and had some more coffee. I was just so irritated since I did not have this feeling for the whole week.

If you're doing low carbs, then eat more fat to stave off the hunger - an avocado snack or some cheese; cream cheese on celery. get more of your calories from fat.
