83F and chicken soup - not the best combination. As if I don't sweat enough already *rofl*
Seriously - I had cramps last night, both calves, multiple times. Ouch! Normally I take magnesium but forgot last night. I did not think it would have such an impact. Anyway, took it this morning and am now filling up with minerals from the chicken soup.I am glad that I always keep some in the freezer (homemade)

Yeah, I can't function on keto without magnesium for leg cramps and regularity.
