Woke at 218.0, up 1.8 from yesterday. Ate lunch out with the team as noted and it is clear that no matter what I select, when I don't prepare it myself it is simply not going to end well. As I've eaten out nearly every day this week, I've packed on 13 pounds of water. Have not eaten sufficient surplus of calories for it to be fat. So, after the baseball game tonight, I have a lot of work to do! Fasting and keto. Going to adjust my daily macros to take the carbs down to 20 net per day. UPDATE: Baseball game tonight. Ate a half smoke (with bun), some chili cheese fries, and four beers (tons of carbs)! That was my last big bang before detox begins! Weighed 219.4 before bed. I expected 220 plus! Did get in 6.4 miles today and burned a lot of calories.

Sorry to hear about the weight gain. The problem with eating out as I see it is, that you don't know what they cook your food with. Most restaurants use cheap vegetable oils, which are so unhealthy. You've done it before, and you can do it again. As much as I would love to eat out, and eat whatever I want, I too have to fast and eat keto to lose, or maintain weight. Good luck!

Back on plan you'll soon lose it! I had 135g carbs for one day this week and gained 1.6lbs!! So back to 20g net carbs for me aswell. Have a great weekend 😎
