So far I've had a great day and I haven't even gone to work yet. My blood sugars are very good today. I lost two more pounds. And I got the fastest time so far personally on walking two miles. I know I am going to have to step it up in the gym. I am going to have to set the resistance up on the elliptical, and I seriously need to think about adding some jogging laps to my walking. I have always had a terrible time in the past with running, and I'm scared. I'm scared it will hurt, because it always has in the past. When I run, my ankles and my tendons on the side of my ankle and foot just BURN. I mean REALLY hurt. That's happened to me time and time and time again. But I am willing to give it another shot. I have 81 pounds left to lose, and I know I am not getting my heart rate up high enough right now. Oh, I probably am for just right now, considering I've only been at this again for a month. I just really need to step it up. I am almost ready.
