yeah, 5lbs gone since I started SBD just 6 days ago. I know it will slow down when I go to phase 2 but I am so happy. I want so badly not to be the only chubby one in my group around the pool in Cancun this year.

Diet Calendar Entries for 25 November 2007:
995 kcal Fat: 118.76g | Prot: 98.91g | Carb: 44.09g.   Breakfast: mug coffe 10 ounce, spinach, salsa, green onion, egg beaters, bocca grilled burger. Lunch: romaine, Chicken breast canned 2oz, egg, Best Foods light mayonnaise. Dinner: Molly McButter 1 tsp, cauliflower, broccoli, Cod fillet 6oz baked. Snacks/Other: mozzarella string cheese stick, Butterball turkey breast slices, celery. more...

Great Job and WELCOME to the FS community of supporters! I think the key is to stick to the food plan and incorporate some exercise. I love this food plan - it is easy to follow and you get results you can measure - in lbs. and inches! Keep up the great work!
