I was craving a Chuck Wagon Grand Slam...

But this will do! :)

~One whole egg with 4 egg whites NO SALT just pepper
~Extra lean turkey bacon (3 pieces)
~Whole Grain Sugar Free bread (I am finishing this loaf then I will be switching to Ezekiel bread)

And last but definitely not least... my beloved pour over with Califia Farms Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer.

Have a gorgeous day FS Buddies! XoXo

Ezekiel bread is good. Try also Wholesome Harvest 9 grain with seeds. Both great breads.

I'm going to try your meal because the calories are right on target for me.Thanks

I would be concerned about the salt in the bacon. Very tasty but can cause water retention.

Ezekiel bread is the best! If you have never had sprouted bread before i recommend the 7 grain version (red bag) as it is not quite as "sprouty" as the traditional Ezekiel. My personal favorite is the Ezekiel bread with flax seed, perfect flavor! Good idea to keep one whole egg in your meal...egg yolks have healthy fats and good cholesterol to keep your hormones and metabolism in check.

You guys get nutritional lunches and I get sloppy pb&j sandwiches in my lunchbox. Yes I'm a kid. I'm a 4th grader

I am replying specifically to Try Again to Succeed. Why in the world is a 4th grader on this site? I can understand if you are learning about nutrition/trying to track, but honestly, so many people on this site do not have a healthy diet and it is not good for you to be on here. PLEASE GET OFF! 2.) If you are 9 or 10, it is normal to be slightly chunky at that age (if you are) simply because your body is preparing for you to grow. Good nourishment and nutrition is more important for you at this stage than how many calories you have. All the food you eat now is going towards growth so do not restrict. 3.) It is totally possible to have a healthy pb&j sandwhich: try sprouted bread/tortillas, use organic peanut, almond, or sunflower butter some brands I recommend are Wild Friends, Peanut Butter Co., and Justin's. Try fruit preserves instead of jelly...they will have more nutrients. Use a banana, fresh fruit, or even raw honey instead of jelly. See? You can have a perfectly nutritious pb&j with fiber, protein, carbs, and healthy fats! If you need any help with anything, let me know. I am not a nutrition expert, but I have/am studying it professional so that I can become a dietitian.
