I know I just posted one maybe a week and a half ago but I think this comparison pic looks a lot better. Currently down 36 lbs this year and mostly feeling great! Also sorry for the dirty mirror, I swear I clean it, but this is an eighty year old house and this mirror has probably been here since they added the bathroom lol, so they're perma-smudges.

@jdmdm I'm very anti-diet. I just eat 1800-1900 calories 6x a week and 2200-2300 1x a week... gym 3x a week... end up with a caloric deficit around 400-500 on rest days and around 1000 on gym days. steady losing one or two pounds a week.

That is fantastic. You give me hope for losing the belly budge. I am trying to get out there and walk a lot more. Also trying to eat better which is difficult since my husband likes to order food and go through drive thru's and eat at restaurants. I am trying to make healthier choices. Today was kind of a fail for me because we went to a buffet to eat and I ate until I was stuffed since we had never been to that buffet before, but on a positive note I walked to the park with my daughter (20 minutes) on the short way getting there, I sat down for a few minutes while she played, then I walked around the playground (10 minutes) while she continued playing, and sat down maybe 5 minutes before walking home a longer way (about 40 minutes), so about an hour and 10 minutes total walking time today.

Congrats! and I'm anti-diet too have been eating roughly around 1500 a day and I try to get in exercise daily rather running, dumbbells, cardio, biking, walking or stretching. :) keep up the good work.

WOW! looking awesome girl. Congrats! I live on lake Norman in NC and get to the mountains to hike as often as I can. I have fought weight my whole life. Keep up the good work. By the way , the mirror is not dirty the old reflective backing is coming off.
