It wasn’t a very good day. I am coming down with the flu. Felt a trickling down my throat on Friday already... Today was the first day since I started this journey 61 days ago that I did not do any exercise. What’s more, I have been feeling for soft white buns and peanut butter for quite some time now (thanks to one of my FS friends) and today I went for it. Thick butter, thick peanut butter and a big cup of Rooibos tea. When you are not feeling well, I think you should give yourself a break. I will worry again about the “scale monster” (Yeap, I also have a monster now) when I feel better. I also think that I may have been pushing myself too hard for wanting to see results sooner rather than later.

I'm sorry to hear, Ryan. I hope you get better soon, my friend. You know, in the big picture, the PB won't damage too much. You're most likely not gonna see any difference, as long as it's not something you do all the time. And compared to 61 days of exercise, I say DOUBLE the PB!

Sometimes you gotta do what your body wants to get past the ick. Hope you feel better soon. And get your mallet ready to beat that monster (hahaha) when you're ready to get back on it!

Is peanut butter not allowed on your diet? Its actually very good for you esp if you get a natural, no sugar added type. I agree as long as you dont go crazy a little indulging isnt the end of the world. Patience is tough. Hope you get to feeling better. Love the animation you got going there.
