Oh, yes, I ate the bread! And the fries!! lol Feeling bloated like a tick. I have one of those about once a month, felt long overdue.

Sometimes you gotta just let yourself have a treat! I treat myself one time a month with a fatty, carb loaded, messy meal haha.

Look good phil enjoy.

Angel, never treat yourself with defeat. Your only kidding yourself in to thinking you deserve something that will lead to defeat. Look at all the comments on this site about how people who are "treating" themselves because they "deserve" it, then look at their weight history, the numbers are the same for the last few years.

Damnnnn, Phil. You're killing me... #springtraining

LOL! Good Grief. Maybe the burger or the fries, but not both in one sitting. I guess I love my health too much to treat myself like that. Agree with Adamevegod.

Thanks Jimmie, it was #grindtime in Prime Time last night!! Aww, Adameve and CC, don't be such corn cobs and quit being so damn judgmental.

I agree Phil!!! I think if we all take a look at your weight history, we'll see that you CAN indeed treat yourself. As long as it's in moderation. FS community is no place for haters. We all need to figure out what works and doesn't for our own individual diets AND bodies. This is not a one-size-fits-all deal.

Woah, looks delicious. You've got me craving a cheeseburger now...they are the best!

So sorry you took my comment as judgemental and the burger looks good and I even stated that the burger or fries would have been better than both. My comment is just a comment. Haven't judged one person here. Keep in my mind I am commenting on the food choice, not about you. :} Plus, it is apparent you can cook well and you probably could make something better and healthier than that fast food place. Your Brisket looks amazing.

Ah, well, I was speaking mostly tongue-in-cheek, CC, no harm, no foul, my apologies. The written medium is the hardest to interpret, no body language or facial cues/clues to add context.

Yeah, one of the disadvantages of a written medium. :{

Have to agree with adamevegod, in that I keep seeing members talking about treating themselves, though their weight history would imply that it's not really a treat but their regular WOE (way of eating). Phil here has an outstanding track record, though acknowledges that the bun & fries aren't a weekly thing. I only eat fries when I'm on vacation (which seems to coincide with wanton alcohol consumption...).

I agree with calling out the self-deception and outright lying to oneself and others about what's really going on, and I certainly don't recommend eating cheeseburgers to anyone actively trying to lose weight.

Exactly Soon and Phil.

Now you knew this was gonna generate some Plate-Hate. Haha.

I did, 2Many, I trolled it! lol

That looks great, but it totally goes against my goal at this time. Enjoy yourself while can
