Day 27, and tomorrow's my weigh day. Another pre-weigh-day anxiety, since I had my cake tasting this week, a head cold, and my period. Even though I did my best in terms of calorie intake, and I exercised my regular schedule (4 times a week at the fitness center), I don't anticipate anything good.

Today wasn't the greatest day. I slept terribly, had cramps this morning, coughing and sneezing and congested. I was so frustrated and feeling so terrible and sleep deprived, I actually cried at my desk at work this morning. Luckily, my manager is completely understanding and didn't judge me for it. Thank goodness.

I can't wait for my weekend, so I can just relax.

So many flu bugs this time of year! Pop some vitamin C! It sure helps me. I predict you are going to have an amazing weigh in tomorrow! As you have already made great strides this week! Remember no matter how small or big your lose, CELEBRATE IT! Because it is one less 1/4 lb, 1/2 lb, 1lb, whatever the amount! Less then you were a week ago!! Proud of you girl! You're doing great!

I know it, Curly. Everyone I know is sick, I guess it was just my turn :) Definitely taking Vitamin C pills everyday to try and kick this! And thank you so much for the motivation- it turns out this week's weigh in wasn't that bad!
