NICE TO BE BACK INTO OLD HABITS..good thrusday morning...was up and awake this morning before 330am..got up with spring in my step..well not really..but was easier to get up an moving around this morning..was on the bike/trainer peddling away in zwift by 4am..but was still tired from yesterdays 20 miles..only able to get 15 today..didnt protein up yesterday after my ride..paid for it this morning..yesterday at 4pm..i was so hungry i ate a whole bag of cauliflower with pepperroni added to it..just needed the extra carbs..woke up this morning..weight didnt show any extra..so was happy..after my ride this morning ..i went ahead an drank the Hammer Nutrition Recoverite glutamine fortified recovery drink - orange vanilla...and my legs do feel better an not as tired as they was yesterday...

44 outside today with a wind chill of 39..brrrrr...an its light drizzle to..dont really need to get out..so probably stay inside..

ups is gonna bring my new saddle today..gel saddle..hoping that makes riding feel like im on air when i ride..il be putting it on bike soon as i open the box an tryin it out im sure...i order my bicycle parts, accessories, clothing, bicycle related stuff from WWW.NASHBAR.COM ...cant say enough good things about them..very good bike site and great delivery service as well..

im thinkin since its colder today..another flask of coffee latte might be in order today..its cold in house even...plus ive cooled off from my ride..starting to chill ..so time to take off the short sleeves an put long sleeves back on...let the coffee warm me up..so...HAVE A GREAT DAY..GET THAT WORKOUT IN...AN STICK TO WHATS WORKING FOR YOU...

23 mile ride today...15 first ride...8 miles last...total time.. 1.45 on time..

no problem on the site...i got my order yesterday..ordered a new gel saddle, tire pump, an new riding bibs..they came yesterday..il be using my saddle this morning on my ride when im on zwift..enjoy your new toys...
