1. Fresh Tomatoes from my garden. In the picture is an "Heirloom" tomato on top and the bottom one is "Better Boy" tomato. They are both really sweet and tasty. A little salt and pepper and...Nam! Nam!
2. My went up a touch today. :-(
3. Blood Sugar was 122 mg/dL.
4. Blood Pressure was 136/91 @ 82 bpm.
5. Ketosis meter had me at a 45 today. This is OK.
6. Happy Saturday everybody!
