Well I went to doctor's appointment this morning and he complimented me on my weight loss! He also said my blood pressure was 109/68
I'm doing well on my meals and the exercise is helping me BIG TIME!
I weigh in tomorrow and i'm sure my consultant will be surprised
I'm also bringing them some bags of yes... AVOCADOS!!

That's awesome buddy! Eating healthy along with exercise also helped me get my bp down too. It's definitely a great feeling and well worth the efforts. Way to go & keep it up!

Great job! My grandmother lived in Montecello CA and used to send us crates of avaocados. I love them! They have a new variety that is supposed to grow well here, Houston, that I want to try. YUMO!
