All this P90X2 is leading to some gains in lean muscle. How do I know? Well, even though I've been gaining weight, I have been using my calipers to measure my body fat and so far My bf% has gone down slightly as my body weight has increased.
168.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1898 kcal Fat: 25.34g | Prot: 227.29g | Carb: 184.57g.   Breakfast: 90 fiber one bar, chobani greek yogurt, carbmaster yogurt. Lunch: Brandon's Vegan Bowl, pico de gallo, banana pepper, mixed salad greens. Dinner: chunck light tuna, large egg, liquid egg white, Premium Chicken Breast Chunks in Water. Snacks/Other: Brandon's Shakeology/Protein Pudding, Fiber One bar, shakeology, chobani greek yogurt, kroger greek yogurt. more...

Just picked up a great new scale at Target called Precision One Life Care. It has the detachable control panel that can be mounted on the wall. It does a good consistent job in measuring Body Fat, Lean Muscle Mass, Water and bone density. Highly recommend it. Good job by the way!
